Daily writing prompt
How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?
I take all failures as learning experiences. While I am rather hard on myself and strive to be as close to perfect as possible, I accept failures as inevitabilities sometimes. Instead of letting it negatively affect me or my mental health, I as try to ask myself how I can use it as a learning experience. What can I do differently next time or in the future? Even if it wasn’t an outright failure, what would have made it better or more successful.
While failure never feels good, it isn’t a necessity of life so much as it is an inevitability. It is is how you treat said failures that truly matters rather than the failure itself.
