QotD is a feature dedicated to answering questions from Piccadilly’s 5 Year Question a Day Memory Journal. The journal states its purpose is to help reflect back on daily routine and to act as a “time capsule” of experiences. As someone who laments their awful memory, I thought this was a wonderful tool and opportunity.

My biggest smile happened when…

I honestly struggled with this one because many things make me smile. My wedding, multiple events involving my family, every day I see my pets.

The most recent I would say, would be going to the aquarium with my partner. I am obsessed with the ocean and space, so anything involving either makes me irrevocably happy. We have had an aquarium since 2019 but we only were able to go recently for the first time. Everything was so marvelous and I can’t express how much I loved it. My face genuinely hurt at the end of the day from smiling so much.
