I realized I keep talking about my thread crafts (crochet &machine knitting) and never posted anything about. So for Crafterday, I decided to post some pictures of my latest finished pieces.

These are just a handful of beanies I have made (I have made at least 20+ since I received my machine.) The first two pictures were testing out patterns a.k.a. how variegated yarns would turn out. I couldn’t have anticipated how beautiful they are! The spiral pattern is just superb!

I also liked how the third turned out. I didn’t expect it to create such a cool pattern either. That was a Christmas present I made, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The last beanie (green,) I made specifically for my partner since they didn’t have any at that time.

On the right is a scarf I made to use a skein of yarn my cats had unraveled. The pattern ended up being more beautiful than expected, and I thought it would be perfect for my SIL (it even matched her blue hair.) She loved it so I was happy it found a home.

On the left is a blanket I am working on for a friend. After finishing a blanket for my father for Christmas, I was inspired to make more despite the resources that go into making one. It has been slow progress since I have less time to work on it as well as being more focused on work now that the new semester has started. It’ll get finished eventually…
